Supplier Sustainability Award 2025 Contest – Together with Suppliers for Sustainability!

The Supplier Sustainability Award is a unique initiative created by Nowy Styl aimed at promoting and rewarding suppliers who demonstrate commitment to sustainable development, environmental care, ethical practices, and supporting local communities.

Organized by Nowy Styl, the contest is a continuation of an initiative launched in 2021. After a highly positively received first edition, the project was further developed in the following years. In 2023, another edition took place, which attracted broad interest and engagement from suppliers across many countries.

Since then, the Supplier Sustainability Award has become a permanent, recognizable element in Nowy Styl event calendar, with each edition confirming the growing importance of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) aspects across the industrial sector.

The Supplier Sustainability Award aims to promote responsible business practices and inspire companies to implement innovative environmental and social initiatives. The contest covers projects in three key areas:
  • Environment: Reduction of CO2 emissions, actions for a circular economy, pollution prevention, and biodiversity protection.
  • Impact on Local Community: Educational projects, health support, social integration, equal opportunities, and charitable activities.
  • Ethics and Diversity: Initiatives for social inclusion, respect for human rights, prevention of exclusion and forced labour, and development of social and digital competencies.

By continuing this initiative with our Partners, we jointly shape the future of the industry, rewarding best practices and inspiring more companies towards responsible actions.

Contest participants presented projects in the following areas:
  • Reporting and reduction of CO2 emissions (Scopes 1, 2, 3) and actions supporting carbon footprint management.
  • Sustainable raw materials, recycling, and eco-design (including use of recycled materials, design following circular economy principles).
  • Pro-social projects in local communities: educational programs, support for marginalized groups, integration of employees with disabilities.
  • Ethical initiatives: monitoring the supply chain with regard to human rights.
  • Development of skills and education for employees and local communities: programs for social and digital skills development.

The Supplier Sustainability Award contest is not only a chance for prestige and recognition but, above all, inspiration for continued efforts towards sustainable development. Winners serve as role models in the industry and contribute to building increasingly responsible supply chains.

In the 3rd edition of the Supplier Sustainability Award 2025, we recognized suppliers in the following categories:
  • Large Enterprises (Partners from Europe)
  • Small and Medium Enterprises - SMEs (Partners from Europe)
  • Suppliers from outside the European Union
Each category formed a separate field of competition, allowing diverse companies engaged in sustainable development to be distinguished and appreciated, regardless of size or geographic location. Contest entries were evaluated by an interdisciplinary Jury, focusing on measurable project outcomes: KPIs, economic, social, and environmental impact.
