Propwave Advisory Showroom – a showcase for the Sky Tower skyscraper
Towering over the city, the Sky Tower is establishing itself as one of Wrocław’s newest landmarks. This modern skyscraper creates a striking visual focal point, adding character to the city skyline with its unique architecture. Thanks to its glazing, the building blends harmoniously into the background, reflecting the blue sky, greenery, and urban landscape. At 212 metres, the building’s highest tower is the fourth tallest in Poland.

Sky Tower is a modern, multifunctional architectural complex combining retail, service and entertainment spaces, fully flexible and comfortable office spaces, and exclusive residential apartments. 

With such a diverse range of offerings, the Sky Tower attracts many visitors from home and abroad, including business and private clients. All of them come for world-class service, and there is more: further spaces in this spacious skyscraper await new tenants.

In our discussions, we often come back to what matters most: listening to our clients’ needs and seeking out the best opportunities. In our showroom, we wanted to create an achievable look for most tenants, focusing primarily on creativity and sensible budgets. Our showroom helps our partners and clients visualise the potential of their offering in combination with the spaces at Sky Tower. We chose Nowy Styl furniture because it combines functionality, ergonomics and design perfectly. Thanks to the wide range of products, we were able to create a space suited to various working and meeting styles, while also showcasing solutions that can realistically be implemented in our clients’ projects.

Sometimes, all it takes is stepping into a space to know straight away that ‘this is it’. It was with this in mind that we created our new showroom in Sky Tower, which opened under the slogan: “See the potential. Feel the space.” As is usually the case, it’s the details that make all the difference, including carefully selected furniture, acoustics and all the elements that simply make an office “work”. We decided to collaborate with Nowy Styl because their solutions allowed us to create a space that is at once prestigious, comfortable and authentic. We wanted to show that an attractive office does not have to rely solely on a high budget, but above all on well-thought-out design decisions and high-quality products.

Nowy Styl furniture welcomes visitors from the moment they step into the showroom – right by the entrance, guests are greeted by designer Kanu armchairs from the premium brand Kusch+Co and the Mollen sofa, which adds a warm, homely atmosphere with a touch of elegance to any space.  

In the conference room, comfort is ensured by Athena armchairs and the CS5040 conference table.  

Ergonomic workstations are provided by eUP Prime desks with electric height adjustment and Souly swivel office chairs with mesh backs.  

The area for coffee breaks and meals is furnished with a CS5040 high meeting table and Cafe VII bar stools, whilst the space with a panoramic view of the city invites you to linger in the Otuli swivel armchairs with comfortable footrests, which allow you to adopt a natural posture whilst resting.
