The office of Prostaf, a distributor of Bergman and GOG Eyewear frames and sunglasses, is located in Suchy Las, just outside Poznań. The company headquarters is housed in a modern office building with a minimalist, glass-clad structure that perfectly complements the interior spaces. The spacious, light-filled rooms have been designed with functionality and ergonomics in mind, creating an inspiring atmosphere for the nearly 50-member team.

The office interiors were developed in line with the vision of architect Mr. Piotr Drojecki, whose experience and expertise were key to the project’s success. Thanks to close cooperation with the Architect, a space was created where the chosen furniture solutions harmonize beautifully with the architecture, resulting in a coherent and functional whole.

Color Scheme and Interior Design
The office's color palette is subtle yet full of character. Beige and gray dominate, with yellow accents adding a modern, dynamic feel to the space. In the management area, browns and beiges are enriched with turquoise, yellow, and green, which foster focus and creativity, creating an atmosphere conducive to productive work.

Ergonomics and Work Comfort
A key aspect of the project was ensuring ergonomic working conditions. Workstations are equipped with eUP3 height-adjustable workbench desks and Xilium ergonomic chairs. This well-matched duo ensures comfort for both sitting and standing work positions.
Ergonomics were also prioritized in the executive offices. The management area features height-adjustable desks from the eRange system, as well as mini meeting and consultation zones furnished with Tilkka sofas and armchairs. Dividing the office into work and communication zones encourages a more informal atmosphere and promotes movement, allowing employees to change posture and separate focused work from discussion areas.
