ORLEN HUNGARY Kft. is part of the international ORLEN Group, the largest oil and gas company in the Central and Eastern European region. Nowy Styl contributed to furnishing their new Budapest office. The workplace was created by merging several separate offices, which meant that different employee needs and expectations had to be harmonized.

The semicircular area posed challenges due to irregularly shaped spaces and columns. While designing the interiors, we paid special attention to providing solutions that make the best use of the available space. In the large meeting room, we delivered CX3200 tables that can be assembled without tools and adapt to the irregular room shape, along with elegant Lupino conference chairs on casters.

The overall design of the office follows a modern and minimalist style, with clean and elegant solutions that perfectly reflect the company’s image. In the executive offices, ergonomic Xilium swivel chairs and practical CS5040 desks with sideboards ensure both comfort and efficiency. To prioritize employee well-being, we selected Souly swivel chairs and eUP3 electrically height-adjustable workbenches. Each employee also received a dedicated locker for personal belongings, for which our Puzlo solution proved to be ideal.
The brand’s colors were prominently applied throughout the furnishings, guiding the concept for the entire space. In the breakout area in front of the meeting room, red dominates through the comfortable Volpe armchairs. This dynamic shade is balanced with black tables, adding elegance and a modern touch to the space. The Open Office is characterized by natural tones. Light wood furniture combined with green panels creates a calm and inspiring environment. The green color also appears on the building’s exterior façade, ensuring harmony between the inside and outside.

This project demonstrates how a brand’s color scheme and identity can be integrated into a modern and functional office design, while also prioritizing employee comfort and productivity.
