Workplace Lab Summit 2026
On May 14, the Nowy Styl Office Inspiration Centre in Kraków hosted Workplace Lab Summit 2026 — an event dedicated to the future of the workplace, office management, and the challenges related to designing modern office environments. The summit brought together Office Managers, Workplace Managers, HR professionals, and organizational leaders from across Poland. In total, nearly 100 specialists attended the event.
The main theme of this year’s edition was “How to Make Good Decisions in Imperfect Conditions.” The agenda was divided into five thematic panels: “Here and Now,” “Evolution,” “Revolution,” “Transformation,” and “Discussion.” Participants explored topics such as the evolving role of workplace management, organizational resilience, workplace flexibility, and how to design offices that truly respond to the real needs of people and organizations.
The event had a practical and networking-oriented format. Alongside discussion panels and case studies, participants had the opportunity to tour the Office Inspiration Centre — Nowy Styl’s showroom — and experience firsthand solutions supporting modern work environments, wellbeing, ergonomics, and office acoustics.
