This year Nowy Styl successfully continues its previous awards at the prestigious German Brand Award. The award is a respected competition of the German Brand Institute, which was founded by the German Design Council and GMK Markenberatung. Its jury members and sponsors are independent experts. The award is regarded as a decisive benchmark for excellence in brand management and enjoys the highest recognition both nationally and internationally. This year's award ceremony took place on June 15, 2023, as part of the German Brand Convention at the Venti Music Hall in Berlin.

In 2022, five years after its opening, the Office Inspiration Centre in Krakow was renovated and updated. The success speaks for itself. The impressive OIC with an area of 2216 m2 is much more than just Nowy Styl's flagship showroom, where the latest furniture solutions are presented in a modern office landscape: It is first and foremost a meeting place where inspiring discussions take place and knowledge and experience are shared. The exhibition at the OIC reflects the dynamics of structural change in the office world and presents comprehensive solutions of the new work culture.

The OIC takes up the design approach of the Reunion model. Reunion is an interior design concept developed by Nowy Styl. It provides the answer to the changing needs of the new working world. The approach aims to design the office as the ideal place for interaction, meeting, exchange of ideas and information, co-creation and concentration. Reunion places its emphasis on teamwork. The three floors of the OIC are each divided into the different areas: Meeting Area, Office Area and Workshop Area. These zones fulfill different functions and are suitable for different tasks, which are reflected in the Reunion office. Reunion creates an office that becomes the heart of the company – and this is reflected in the OIC.
