Nowy Styl Awarded the “Ethical Company 2025” Title

Nowy Styl has once again been recognized among the most ethical companies in Poland, receiving the “Ethical Company 2025” title in a competition organized by Puls Biznesu.

For us, this is an important confirmation that the direction we have chosen—growth based on values, responsible decision-making, and transparent operations—truly matters and is appreciated.
What stands behind this recognition?
The “Ethical Company” competition is one of the most demanding evaluation processes for businesses in Poland in terms of integrity, responsibility, and transparency in everyday operations. It is held under the patronage of the Responsible Business Forum, in cooperation with its substantive partner, PwC Legal.

The assessment process is two-stage and includes:
  • a detailed analysis of procedures, codes, and internal regulations,
  • evaluation of how ethics is applied in daily operations, including relationships with employees, clients, and suppliers,
  • assessment of environmental and social activities, including development and training programs,
  • analysis of the company’s approach to cybersecurity,
  • verification of submitted information by subject-matter experts.
In the first stage of the competition, 62 companies participated, including 43 large enterprises and 19 from other sectors. The threshold for qualification to the second stage was demanding 75% of the total points. Ultimately, 31 companies advanced: 25 large enterprises and 6 from other sectors. This means the award is not granted for declarations or isolated initiatives, but for a consistent, systemic approach to managing the organization.
Ethics in practice
For us, ethics is not a separate project or a communication message. It is embedded in everyday decisions—from how we operate internally to how we collaborate with partners and suppliers.

The foundation of Nowy Styl’s operations is built on four key values: ambition, tolerance, integrity, and humility. These values are reflected in the daily work of the entire team through our Code of Ethics—our compass in relations with stakeholders—and the “tone at the top” principle, under which the ethical attitude of leadership shapes organizational culture and builds the company’s authenticity.

In recent years, we have strengthened our compliance efforts by appointing a Compliance Officer in 2022 and implementing a modern Whistleblowing Procedure in 2024. This system is supported by a dedicated platform that ensures safe and anonymous reporting channels for both employees and business partners. Information security and personal data protection are overseen by a permanent Data Protection Committee, while all employees complete mandatory e-learning training covering GDPR, business ethics, and anti-corruption.
We would like to thank all teams involved in this process for their commitment, consistency, and sense of responsibility.
