Ketil Årdal
Ketil Årdal is an experienced executive with an international profile, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across various industries and markets. He is originally from Norway, but has spent many years working abroad, building a broad global perspective and achieving strong results in business development and organizational transformation.
He is a graduate of BI Norwegian Business School and has completed executive programs at IMD and London Business School. He began his career in FMCG companies such as Kellogg’s, Findus, and Duni, developing expertise in sales, operations, and brand building.
Since 2012, he has been associated with the office furniture industry, where as a member of the management team he contributed to the development of Flokk. Most recently, as CEO of Mater Design, he successfully led the transformation of the organization towards innovative solutions based on green technologies.

Rafał Chwast
With Nowy Styl since 2008, Rafał Chwast is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Logistics, Finance and IT divisions, as well as the Legal Department. He is an economist and financier by education and passion.
A co-creator of successful international acquisitions, he has been auspiciously leading Nowy Styl into international markets for many years.
He is a connoisseur of fine cuisine, especially French.

Małgorzata Naparło
She has worked for Nowy Styl for 19 years. From the beginning of the career she’s been responsible for customer care. In 2016 she took over as the customer care manager for Poland and for all our foreign subsidiaries. In 2018 she was appointed member of the Nowy Styl Executive Team. Małgorzata has been actively participating in the integration of acquired companies in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and for managing the international structures of the entire group.
Małgorzata Naparło studied Economics at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, and graduated from Alpha Beta College Australia (Advanced Diploma of Accounting). She participated in managerial courses and M&A training in Poland (ICAN Institute) and in the United States: New York University and Columbia Business School.
She’s married and has three children: a daughter and two sons. She loves travelling and enjoys beautiful flowers. She believes flowers make you feel good in any season of the year. They lift up your spirits and give you good vibes.

Paweł Smaś
He has been working for Nowy Styl for more than 20 years. Since 2011 he has been involved in integration programmes designed for foreign companies acquired by Nowy Styl. He was one of the managers responsible for the creation of the Research and Development Centre at Nowy Styl. For the past 5 years he has been in charge of the Technical Section of our company, including the Research and Development Centre created in October 2018. In 2018 he was appointed member of the Nowy Styl Executive Team.
Paweł Smaś holds a PhD in technical sciences. He studied at the Mechanics Department at the Kraków University of Technology and graduated from the Innovation Academy at ICAN Institute. In 2006-2007 he worked on the construction of the Large Hadron Collider at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva. He wrote and co-wrote a number of scientific publications.
He’s married and has two children. He enjoys skiing, playing tennis and exploring the history of World War II.

Radosław Jankielewicz
Radosław Jankielewicz has been associated with Nowy Styl since 2012, where from the very beginning he has co-driven the company’s financial and operational development. He joined as an accounting and finance consultant, and in the following years held key roles in the finance function – from positions related to managing the finances of international subsidiaries, through leading controlling and accounting across the DACH markets, to overseeing the finances of all foreign entities of the company. Since 2023, he has served as Group CFO and a Member of the Extended Management Board.
He has nearly 20 years of professional experience, gained among others at KPMG. He specializes in financial management in an international environment, M&A processes, and post-acquisition integration. He has been involved, among others, in the acquisitions of Rohde & Grahl and Sitag, as well as in restructuring processes in international markets.
As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for the company’s strategic financial management, supporting its further sustainable and profitable growth.
