37 Communication support zones One of the major problems of our previous office space reality was the impeded communication between employees working in departments located in three different parts of Kraków. As we were creating our new office, our goal was to make communica- tion better. Aware of the specificity of our work, we designed a lot of areas supporting discussion, team work and exchange of infor- mation. Our employees can have meetings in 20 different meeting rooms and areas: from small ones, intended for two people only, to places such as the workshop room, which can hold more than 20 workshop participants. Also, the rooms have different furnishings: we have formal meeting rooms with conference chairs and tables where you can hold a video call, but also spaces for creative work and brainstorm- ing, fitted with soft sofas, poufs and swings. In addition, in the of- fice there are tables for project work, and modular furniture, eg. from the Sand system, for spontaneous and quick consultations without the need to book a room.
