Kitchen is the heart of our office Common regeneration spaces have become an important element of our new office design. It is there that we have informal meet- ings and spontaneous talks, we socialise and rest. Kitchen is also the place where employee initiatives are often born (such as office warming party, Christmas party or after-work outings). We know that the kitchen is the besht place to meet people. Therefore, we focused on one big kitchen (100 m²), located cen- trally in the office. We did not design additional coffee points, be- cause we wanted to invite everyone to meet in one place. Hence our kitchen, which we call Food Garden, is the only place where employees can have a meal or make a coffee. We made sure that this space has a different design compared to the rest of the of- fice, so, once they step inside, employees can feel they are on a break. The kitchen is furnished with various seating systems, so that everyone can find a comfortable seat for themselves. We have only one coffee maker there. We deliberately decided on this solution, because we wanted people from different teams to talk to each other while waiting in line for their coffee. 38
