25 At the end of the first week of work in the new office, we threw a small party for our employees: an ‘office warming’ party. Nor- mally, housewarming parties are part of private life and they are held when someone buys a new flat, but they are also on the rise in new offices. We had the party to celebrate relocation to the new office: an important event in the life of any company. We also want- ed people who had previously worked in different branches to get to know each other better and integrate in a casual atmosphere. The party was divided into two parts: a formal part where our Management Board talked about the directions for the Group’s de- velopment and thanked members of the project team for their commitment to the office change process, and an informal part where we could get to know one another better and enjoy the new space together. Wine served at the event came from the vineyard of our Pres- ident of the Board Adam Krzanowski, who is a wine enthusiast in private, and we could enjoy finger food inspired by typical dishes from the different countries where our company has branch offices. On the first day of work in the new office, our employees were given a general tour of the space. Office warming party
