A project group was appointed to smoothly implement the change process. It consisted of people with various competences and roles. Five subteams were formed to look after specific aspects of the project. One of them was a research team which studied our existing offices, but most importantly focused on analysing the needs and work styles of people working in our individual de- partments. The results of their work formed a basis for an architect Project group and designer team to create a functional design of the new office space. A project investment team supervised the implementation of the investment. Relocation and logistics were the responsibility of an administration team, and an internal communication team made sure that employees were kept up to date about the status of the project, and mitigated any doubts and issues along the way.
