14 When our organisation reached a point where we took a decision to change the office, we were faced with considerable challenges. Previously, we had worked in three different locations in Kraków, and our offices were completely different. First, we asked ourselves these questions: Why do we want a new office? What do we ex- pect of the new space? What can it contribute to our organisation? In response to these questions, we defined the main objectives of the new office project: amalgamate existing locations and improve collaboration between employees. So how do you create one efficient office for everyone? Where should it be located? How do we organise the work of so many different departments?
