There were also grants assigned to 52 employees because of marriage, death and bir th. 376 baskets of basic necessities were awarded for Easter, as well as 807 Christmas gifts for the children of the collaborators and 293 Christmas baskets to each collaborator to share as a family . Likewise, essential actions were taken to improve the liquidity of families during 2020 : Lunch Box Bonus, Supermarket Gift packages, access to face masks and cleaning products at cost price. Talks on issues identified as critical: effective credit management, economic dimension and life plan, couple finances, smar t shopping, challenges to transform ourselves. In addition, consultancies were given on legal issues, social work and psychology. In these spaces, 149 collaborators par ticipated. In addition, during 2020 we conducted a salary survey, in order to compare and analyse the competitiveness of our salaries in relation to the rest of the industry. Thanks to this survey, we were able to define salary bands and relocate 46 employees .
