Health Education Housing Additional Benefits Housing For more than three decades, the Housing Plan , a program that provides an economic incentive for employees to improve their living conditions, has been promoted in Colombia. This benefit has impacted more than 500 associates and their families . The incentive can be used both to get ahead on mor tgage payments and to carry out extensions that improve families’ quality of life. In order to assign these incentives, the company carries out detailed analyses that review the family’s financial situation, their need for the aid, the employees’ years of service, and their record of good conduct. During 2020, 17 subsidies were assigned, of which 4 were delivered for an amount of $109.318. Aid was provided for education and housing purposes for an amount of $239.305.
