Health Education Housing Additional Benefits Education PROYECTARTE : In order to strengthen the leadership , we carried out a program that covered, in 2020, a group of 80 leaders between the two facilities, with a curriculum based on the strengthening of soft skills. The objective of this initiative was to enhance the skills of the leaders of the organization, understanding the creation of leaders as an ar t and a continuous training process in which their abilities and soft skills will be developed, as well as the fundamental technical knowledge for their growth in the company. During 2020, more than 550 employees benefited from educational initiatives in order to facilitate the continuation of studies for both themselves and their children. The amount of these programs amounted this year to more than $190.000 , broken down in: • 207 educational benefit recipients for their children: $75.778 • 413 educational benefit recipients for undergraduate studies (between both plants): $111.905 • 5 educational benefit recipients for postgraduate studies: $4.861 LEADERSHIP MORE THE 550 EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS OF MORE THAN $190.000 USD PROGRAM: PROYECTARTE EMPLOYEES BENEFITED
