In Costa Rica, we provide a balanced daily food service with a menu designed by a nutritionist. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY Ensuring safety in the workplace has been one of the most impor tant challenges for the company from the beginning., We have gone beyond basic legal compliance, which has made it possible to considerably reduce both the level of accident rates and their severity. This has been possible due to a comprehensive management, that ranges from constant training to talks, advice, and specific actions for each group of employees. Moreover, during 2020 we invested approximately $200.000 to provide our collaborators with protective equipment, in addition to the $40.000 invested in the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
