43 Another initiative we have brought into the office is book-sharing. To promote the idea of sharing in our company, we invited employ- ees to bring from home books they would like to share with their colleagues. In this way, we filled our chillout room library with fic- tion, special interest books and all sorts of literature. Everyone can find something for themselves and rent one of the books, each of which bears a dedication from the original owner. Book sharing
