Two levels of needs We all need access to natural light, acoustic and thermal comfort and an ergonomic workstation. What were our needs? As we analysed the results of our studies, we were able to note the needs of our employees can be divided into two groups. Although we are significantly different in the way we work, some basic needs regarding office space are the same for all of us. We all need access to natural light, acoustic and thermal comfort and an ergonomic workstation. Knowing how important an ergonomically furnished workstation is for the comfort and well-being of employees, we relied on our best solutions. Every one of our employees now has a height-adjustable sit-to-stand desk, and a chair that adjusts to their physical parameters and al- lows for dynamic sitting. 28
