As with any complex project, perturbations could not be avoided completely. The project was implemented during the summer hol- iday season, so some people in charge of it, on either side, were periodically unavailable. This lead to communication lags and some delays. Important decisions had to be taken in the holiday season, eg. changes to individual room functions. In general, both sides are happy with the cooperation because they managed to resolve every situation together. – Calmness and understanding are essential in such circumstances – says Krzysztof Głut, who ran the project on the part of the Nowy Styl Group. – We appreciated that very much. Even when things were getting nerv- ous from time to time, we did not escalate tensions. On the con- trary: we knew that any mishaps were not because of anyone’s bad intentions, but they just could happen, and we should find a solu- tion together. And we did. – Regardless of that – adds Krzysztof Głut – I greatly appre- ciated the involvement on the part of j-labs. I could see how the new office project was important to the staff, and how they were happy to see it emerge. That authenticity was plain to see and this is how I will remember the j-labs office.
