7 Exercises for your head and neck You’re sitting comfortably, with your back resting on your chair. Put your hands on your knees. 1 Slowly turn your head to the right, then to the left. Pull the chin to your chest. As you lift it afterwards, push the crown of your head towards the ceiling and then tilt your head back. Repeat the exercise 3 times. 4 5 6 1 2 3
