Nowy Styl’s sustainability report is a highly analytical document and it describes the activities of the organisa- tion in a cross-sectional manner, which is why employees from all divisions of the organisation, as well as external stakeholders contributed to its preparation. The report has a global dimension, which is why we have presented initia- tives from all our leading markets to show the impact of our activities. Employees from our companies in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom were engaged in the development of the report. Unfortu- nately, we were not always able to present aggregate data for the entire group. Where this could not be done, we presented data for selected companies, making it our goal for the coming years to collect aggregate data.
