We are aware that the plants of our companies Nowy Styl Sp. z o.o. and Kusch+Co GmbH have workplaces where the maximum permissible levels and concentrations of harmful factors in the working envi- ronment: noise, industrial dust, wood dust, mechanical Protection against harmful factors vibrations and chemical compounds have been exceeded. At Nowy Styl Sp. z o.o., measurements of the levels and concentrations of harmful factors are carried out by external institutions. At Kusch+Co GmbH, such measurements are carried out by a professional association. GRI 403-3 We monitor workplaces exposed to harmful factors on an ongoing basis. We aim to reduce exposure, so we invest to improve working conditions, introduce collective safety measures, assess risks and train employees. We have put in place a number of preventive and health-promotion measures.
