An office should therefore offer an attractive reception area as well as sufficient private space for formal meetings and comfortable seating for informal gatherings. Reception The reception area is not only the place which gives a first impression of the company as well as a meeting area, but also a workplace where a wide variety of tasks are managed. In order for the reception area to be able to fulfil all these tasks equally well, it has to be suitably designed with well thought-out concepts. To develop an optimal individual solution for the reception of Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o. in the ROSUM Center, a special design for the reception area was planned and implemented. Informal meeting points & breakout zones A critical factor for the success of any company is the exchange of information and collaboration between employees. The best ideas and solutions often emerge from the informal interaction between employees. The offices of Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o. therefore offer a wide range of opportunities for informal meetings to promote communication between employees. In the so-called central hub, where the canteen is also located, but also spread over the entire office space, employees find comfortable soft seating solutions that they can use for spontaneous meetings. The intense colours of the Hexa modules stimulate the imagination and promote innovative solutions. Ein Büro sollte daher neben einem einladenden Empfangsbereich sowohl angemessene Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für formelle Besprechungen, als auch komfortable Sitzmöglichkeiten für informelle Treffen anbieten. Empfang Der Empfang ist nicht nur das visuelle Aushängeschild des Unternehmens und ein Meeting-Bereich, sondern auch ein Arbeitsplatz, an dem unterschiedlichste Anliegen behandelt werden. Damit der Empfangsbereich all diese Aufgaben gleichermaßen erfüllen kann, muss er mit durchdachten Konzepten geeignet gestaltet werden. Um für den Empfang der Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o im ROSUM Center eine individuelle und optimale Lösung zu erreichen, wurde eine Sonderanfertigung für die Rezeption geplant und umgesetzt. Informelle Meeting Points & Breakout Zones Ein kritischer Faktor für den Erfolg eines jeden Unternehmens ist der Informationsaustausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Mitarbeitern. Bei der ungezwungenen Interaktion zwischen Mitarbeitern entstehen oftmals die besten Ideen und Lösungen. In den Büroräumen der Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o wird daher eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten für informelle Treffen geboten, um die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern zu fördern. Im sogenannten Central Hub, in dem sich auch die Kantine befindet, aber auch über die gesamte Bürofläche verteilt finden die Mitarbeiter komfortable Soft Seating Lösungen vor, die sie für spontane Besprechungen nutzen können. Die intensiven Farben der Hexa Module regen die Vorstellungskraft an und fördern innovative Lösungsansätze. Special designs were produced for the reception area and the canteen. In close cooperation with the client, a reception counter and benches were designed, built and delivered for the project. Für den Empfangsbereich und die Kantine wurden Sonderanfertigungen hergestellt. In enger Abstimmung wurden ein Empfangstresen und Sitzbänke für das Projekt entworfen, gebaut und geliefert.
