09 Our offices in Kraków Decision to change the office Kraków is where over 100 of our employees work. They include finance, controlling, business analytics, IT and product manage- ment professionals, as well as sales people, marketers, trainers, researchers and workplace consultants. Previously, they used to work in three different Kraków locations. Their offices had differ- ent layouts and functionalities, and were composed of different zones. That was mainly because the style of work of an account- ant and a sales person, and hence their needs regarding space, are completely different. As the company grew, our needs and capabilities were changing. Our Management Board had been contemplating a consolidation of our Kraków offices for several years, considering different sce- narios for the change. Finally, in 2018 we too were faced with the choice of a new office space for our Kraków-based departments, much as our customers often are. The decision was made. This is how our office change process began.
