Analysis had shown that our departments in Kraków had three dif- ferent work styles. We found an adequate office solution for each of these groups. Our office has a desk-sharing zone for mobile de- partments, shared rooms for departments that need silence and focus in their work, and an open-space area with assigned work- stations for the stationary departments.
