The inspiration area combines formal communication (understood as work-related communication) with education. The results of the study conducted by Nowy Styl, titled “What do I need from my office?” prove that while the employees were confined and forced to work from home, what they missed most was contact with people, ad hoc consultations and brainstorming. It’s more than just meetings. The inspiration area is a response to the employees’ needs. It’s a synergy of the communication and education areas.
