Work-related injuries Accident reporting and analysis are carried out in accord- ance with the applicable requirements of the labour law of the country in which a specific company is located. As in the previous years, there were no fatal accidents at work in any of our plants in 2022 or 2023. No serious accidents were reported at Nowy Styl sp. z o.o. either. We have celebrated 365 days without a single accident on the premises of two of our plants (Armchair and Chair Production Plant and Metal Production Plant). We could achieve this result thanks to the commitment of employees and management, but also the effective implementation of the many safety procedures throughout the organisation. This was noticed by the jury of the XXX edition of the “Employer - Organiser of Safe Work” competition in 2023. The assessment took into account the high level of employee safety and health protection provided by the organisation in the last three years, exemplary compliance with labour law and occupational health and safety rules, systemic solutions for occupational health and safety management, as well as accidents at work and other elements of labour protection. Our plant - Nowy Styl sp. z o.o. Office Furniture Factory was awarded a high third place. Our commitment to risk prevention was thus appreciated, in particular our implementation of innovative technological solutions and improvements in production processes that determine safety in the workplace, which we see as a priority. Therefore, some companies record accidents without a division into accidents at work and accidents on the way to or from work.
