To identify issues that were important at the external level we engaged in dialogue in the form of anonymous surveys that were sent out to our respondents electronically. They included our employees, business part- ners (i.e. clients, suppliers and subcontractors), the media, universities, institutions, architects and local communities. We prepared separate sets of questions for each of these groups, taking into account the most significant changes that have recently occurred in the company itself and in its environment. 155
